We are thrilled to introduce the latest innovation from Roofing Industries - DRI-CLAD®, a revolutionary series of "drip-resistant" metal roofing and cladding products that are set to redefine moisture control in construction projects.

The DRI-CLAD® Story:

Traditionally, the challenge with uninsulated roofs and walls lies in the potential condensation forming on the underside of metal roofing and cladding. DRI-CLAD® tackles this issue head-on by incorporating a moisture-absorbing fleece during the manufacturing process. This fleece, a technological marvel, traps and absorbs moisture within its cells, preventing water droplets from permeating into the structure.

The meticulous manufacturing process involves laminating a self-adhesive moisture-controlling fleece to the underside of the roofing and cladding coil. This fleece is strategically positioned to allow for easy installation, and a burn-back process ensures a suitable drip edge at the end of the roofing sheet.

• Resistant to tearing, deterioration, and many chemical substances
• Provides additional acoustic benefits
• Virtually eliminates rodent and bird nesting
• Can be high-pressure water cleansed to remove grime and contaminants

Applications:

DRI-CLAD® finds its application in a wide range of settings, including commercial and industrial buildings, warehousing, retail outlets, vehicle showrooms, stadiums, residential construction, and more.

• Self-adhering polyester fleece laminated to metal roofing and cladding
• Can absorb water up to 1 litre per m2
• Fleece thickness: Premium, 0.9mm (110 gsm)
• Moisture absorption complies with AS/NZS 4201.6 = 528g/m2
